Born in neighboring South Alabama, the Emerald Coast’s white sand was the first beach she ever set foot on and that feeling never left her spirit. After years of pursuing a corporate career from Georgia to California, Molly finally made her dream come true purchasing rental property here on 30A. Not long after her first purchase, another home caught her eye and almost without hesitation she packed her bags and made the permanent move to 30A.
Real estate has been a passion since childhood. From the early days of drawing house plans for fun, decorating and remodeling with her Mother, she envisioned being an architect. While in college, Interior Design classes caught her attention and she made it her calling. Molly has a true realtor spirit – buying her first home at 23, with 8 additional homes in 4 states since. She completed major renovations on 6 of them and channeling the inner spirit of her Grandfather, who was a home builder, built one from the ground up.
Molly’s building background is strong and immense, with ties to the Residential Building Materials industry, while holding various positions in sales, marketing and commercial finance. She also has been named to the Top 20 “Women In Industry” designation. Needless to say, she’s been involved in the essential phases of real estate and home ownership and is excited to help our clients with all of their real estate needs.
When Molly is not out showing property, you can find her running, paddle boarding and taking TRX classes with the RunSup team in Seagrove Beach and at the Watercolor Boathouse.
